Terms and Conditions of Jeetplay

Introduction

The present Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) outlined herein constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the individual user (hereinafter referred to as “You” or “Player”), and the operating entity of Jeetplay (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “Jeetplay”), accessible via the domain “jeetplay-casino.org”. 2.1.2. The name You register must precisely correspond with Your legally documented name as appears on identity verification documents.

2.2. One Account Rule

2.2.1. You are only permitted to hold one account with Jeetplay. Multiple accounts per individual, IP address, or household are strictly prohibited.

2.3. Account Security

2.3.1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of Your login credentials. The Company shall not be held liable for any unauthorized access to Your account resulting from a failure on Your part to securely manage Your credentials.

2.3.2. Should You suspect that Your credentials are stolen or compromised, You are required to promptly notify Customer Support and change Your password immediately.

3. Verification (KYC)

3.1. Mandatory Nature of KYC

3.1.1. Jeetplay requires Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to prevent fraudulent activity and to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

3.1.2. Verification is mandatory prior to processing any withdrawals from Your account.

3.2. Required Documents

3.2.1. You will be required to submit documents which may include but are not limited to:

• Identity Proof: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport.
• Address Proof: Recent utility bill, bank statement not older than three months.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1. Deposits

4.1.1. Deposits can be made using various methods, including UPI, NetBanking, and other recognized payment processors.

4.1.2. There is a minimum deposit requirement which varies per transaction method. Funds must originate from a payment source registered in Your name.

4.2. Withdrawals

4.2.1. Withdrawal requests may be subject to a processing period. The standard processing time is approximately 48 hours but may vary per method and additional KYC checks.

4.2.2. All withdrawal transactions will be processed in Indian Rupees (₹).

4.2.3. Jeetplay may impose withdrawal limits which will be communicated through Your account or directly via email.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1. General Rules

5.1.1. All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and expiry dates, specified in each promotional offer.

5.1.2. Any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting loopholes, may result in forfeiture of any bonuses and associated winnings and lead to account suspension.

6.1.1. You agree not to engage in activities that exploit the integrity of Jeetplay, including but not limited to:

• Using VPNs to mask IP addresses.
• Collusion with others for unfair advantage.
• Use of automated software or bots.
• Fraud or any form of financial irregularity, including chargebacks and falsification of data.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

7.1. Jeetplay reserves the right to close or suspend Your account at any time should You violate these T&C or engage in any prohibited or suspicious activities.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1. Jeetplay is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools such as deposit limits and self-exclusion options, available directly through Your account settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. Jeetplay cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any loss of profits, revenue, or data resulting from the use of our services.

10. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

10.1. In the event of a dispute or claim, You may contact our Customer Support. Should the dispute require further escalation, it will be addressed by the applicable governing body designated to arbitrate such disagreements.

11. Governing Law

11.1. These T&C are governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of India, without giving effect to conflict of law principles.

12. Amendments

12.1. Jeetplay reserves the right to amend or update these T&C at any time. You will be notified of any material changes via email or through Your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised T&C.
